This documentary, commissioned by the UN in Paris, reports on UNESCO-funded cultural projects in a range of remote regions of Asia. Filming on location in some of the most thrilling scenery in the world and with unique access to communities in the North West Frontier Province in Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and northern India, the film includes amazing and unique footage of the lives of remote communities including the Kalash people and Chittrali villagers.
